Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Le Saint.
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in Sweden with attention to detail and quality.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times
We strive for timely delivery, but please note that shipping times may vary:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • Europe (including EU countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Cyprus): 2–8 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs and Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. Le Saint is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking
Once shipped, your order will include a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

While we aim for smooth and prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The refunded amount will be the total order value minus the return shipping cost.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Only possible to return if you live in the European Union.
