We hope you love your new cardigan or jacket, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return according to the policy below.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first via our Contact Us page or by emailing lesaint.help@gmail.com
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and labels must remain attached.

You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We only accept returns within the European Union.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
